This professional learning experience begins with WorkKeys Assessment Mastery, providing educators with a comprehensive understanding of the Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents tests, along with strategies to align instruction with National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) skill benchmarks. Participants will then explore Curriculum Integration Strategies, learning how to seamlessly embed WorkKeys competencies into CTE, math, and literacy curricula through authentic workplace scenarios that develop cross-disciplinary problem-solving skills. The workshop emphasizes Engaging Instructional Approaches, featuring hands-on, real-world task simulations and evidence-based methods for teaching technical reading and data analysis. Finally, educators will master Progress Monitoring techniques—from leveraging WorkKeys diagnostic tools to implementing targeted skill gap interventions—ensuring data-driven preparation tailored to each student’s needs.

Leaders will strengthen Stakeholder Engagement by learning effective strategies to communicate the value of WorkKeys to students, parents, and business partners, while leveraging NCRC data to build meaningful employer partnerships. Finally, the session focuses on Data Utilization, equipping leaders to interpret WorkKeys results for continuous program improvement and align curriculum with regional labor market demands to ensure students are career-ready.
